Chael maintains that he is only fighting to become the champion. He takes nothing away from Brian Stann, surprised himself at the submission he got. The bigger news though was the interview he gave after his win. Chael declared that Anderson Silva 'sucks' and demanded a rematch with the agreement that if Silva won, Sonnen would leave the UFC; if Chael won, Anderson would have to leave the division. Chael goes on to call Silva a coward in this interview. He predicts the biggest rematch in the history of the sport to happen next year, Superbowl Sunday.
