Fitness expert and MMA trainer Kevin Kearns details an MMA circuit training workout designed to increase your explosive power.

Part One

- A circuit is a pattern of pre-determined exercises done in rotation with minimum rest between each exercise.

6 x Kettle Bell Snatches
6 x Explosive Chin Ups
6 x Chest Pass Push Up Position
10 x Medicine Ball Wall Pounding
10 x Medicine Ball Wall Pounding (Overhead)
10 x Medicine Ball Wall Pounding (Rotations)
6 x One-Legged Slams
10 x Medicine Ball Slams (Rotations)
10 x Medicine Ball Wall Slams (from seated position)

Part Two

In this video Kevin goes through the exercises described above at a slower pace, focusing on correct form, while also adding a new exercise. He goes through the circuit again from 04:27 - 07:34 (this includes the Explosive Pop Ups, unlike the video above).
