Nam explains that he felt his career with the UFC was under threat if he had lost his match to Leonard Garcia. Nam always looked like he was going to take the decision, but the same could have been said in his first match with Garcia, which he lost to a decision. Therefore, as he explains, he wasn't confident that he would take the win. Though Nam's performance was technically far superior, Leonard's style is visually appealing and he looks powerful and this can sway the minds of the judges.
Nam didn't call anyone out and is happy to compete with whoever the UFC matches him with but he doesn't want a third match with Garcia.
