A video demonstration of a set of exercises designed to stretch your body, develop your breathing and generate internal strength. The ruler - about one inch thick and one foot in length - is held end to end by exerting force through the palms. This causes the ends of the ruler to push into pressure points located in the palms of your hands, thereby stimulating your internal energy. However, if you don't have access to a ruler or are simply not interested, you can repeat the pattern of movements empty handed.
