Chael remembers his last fight against Anderson Silva and maintains he is the best middle weight in the world. Stann, after his last victory on Memorial Day, is ready take on his friend and would be training partner. In preparation for the fight Chael takes his team whitewater rapid boating while he works on to further improve his wrestling, seen as Stann's weakest point in his game plan.
